Jesse Waits
Drawing upon more than twenty years of seasoned expertise within the hospitality domain of esteemed high-profile establishments, Jesse Waits, renowned owner and founder, has solidified his position as a prominent figure in the realms of Las Vegas and Los Angeles entertainment and hospitality industries. His career stands out for his commitment to curate unique guest experiences that blend operational excellence with creative strategy and business savvy, thereby redefining hospitality standards.
His roles have included, Managing Partner at Wynn Resort Nightlife, where he worked closely with Steve Wynn for a decade. He further honed his skills as the Chief Experience Officer and Partner at Alon resorts and as the Chief Experience Officer & SVP at Red Rock Resorts, where he oversaw 29 casinos alongside Lorenzo Fertitta. Additionally, Jesse has lent his expertise to consulting for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
He is now directing this extensive experience towards establishing the 11•11 brand and spearheading high-end residential projects in Bali.
Gabriel Waits
As the partner and wellness architect of the 11•11 brand, Gabriel Waits has ventured into real estate development with a zeal for transforming spaces and creating impactful communities. At the helm of the wellness aspect of 11•11, Gabriel draws on his extensive knowledge, including a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and NASM certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching.
His holistic approach and deep understanding of physical health span an array of disciplines, from anatomy and physiology to biomechanics, nutrition, exercise and program design, prevention and care of sports injuries, psychology of sports and fitness, fitness and wellness strategies, as well as exercise physiology. Additionally, Gabriel's diverse experience in marketing, firefighting, and first-aid instruction endows him with a multifaceted skill set.
This diversity enhances the 11•11 experience with a unique, life-enhancing ethos that is both authentic and potent.

Rifqi Muhandra, a seasoned architect with 16 years of experience, serves as the Principal Architect at IMAJL Studio. His remarkable career showcases his talent and expertise in the field of architecture, with an impressive portfolio that includes some of the most iconic and visually stunning hotels in Bali. Rifqi Muhandra's architectural creations have left an indelible mark on the landscape, and his dedication to design excellence is evident in these impressive projects.

Structural Engineer / Project Manager
Candra Basuki, a distinguished Structural Engineer and Construction Project Manager with a rich 30-year career that started in 1993. He currently serves as the Director of the Civil/Structure Design Department at BALI CANDRA STRUKTUR in Denpasar, Bali. His extensive experience spans a wide array of roles, including project management and structural engineering, with a remarkable portfolio of over 100 projects.

Gabriel, an experienced hospitality professional with a rich 15-year career spanning diverse bars, restaurants, and nightclubs across France and Australia. His journey began in the heart of Paris' hospitality scene, where he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of service.
In 2021, he opened his first establishment, Santanera, with a group of friends, in the heart of Canggu, Bali. Santanera quickly became renowned for its unwavering commitment to quality, reflecting the team’s passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Gabriel is not only an established restaurateur but also a fervent advocate for health, wellness, and human optimization. Beyond the bustling world of hospitality, Gabriel channels his energy into a profound interest in the physical and mental well-being of himself and those around him.
